We will then present you with a selection of the pieces of land currently being offered. Due to the low capitalization of agricultural holdings in the new federal German states, there are currently plenty of properties available. For economic reasons, these agricultural holdings would prefer to lease the land they use for the long term rather than purchase it themselves.
This is where you come in.

Minimum annual returns of 3% or more can be achieved in the new German states.

On top of the purchase price, there is also a one-time property transfer tax of 3.5%, as well as notary costs, license fees from authorities, and the broker's fee.
After you have been entered in the land register, we will be happy to handle the management of your property and keep you informed of all relevant issues.
Small bodies of water or areas of woodland or meadow, which are currently valued lower, are frequently also included in the purchase.

75 hectares of contiguous land constitute a private hunting ground which can be leased. Smaller pieces of land can be leased as part of a hunting ground cooperative or can be affiliated with another private hunting ground.
